Presida was originally engaged to carry out internal renovation works to the upper floor dining room, kitchen, bar, amenities and stairs, however, our design and construction skills coupled with the understanding of the club’s day-to-day needs: to provide a comfortable atmosphere for its patrons, resulted in an invitation for us to carry out major new extension and refurbishment works.

The work comprised construction of a new bar area, bistro and dining room, and refurbishing and converting the existing bistro into a modern function room, along with a large new commercial kitchen capable of servicing both dining areas simultaneously.

These works were carried out over one level, with a basement car park constructed below. In addition, Presida undertook landscape works and resurfacing of the car park.
